Description

Drop Hammer Style Ventilator, Main Structure : The ventilation fan contains blade, motor, frame, protection mesh, standing pole, shutter, wind collector, etc. The air flow driven by the fan blade opens the shutters automatically. When the fan stops, the shutters will be closed by the shut devices itself.

Features:

The holes on the frames are punched by the CNC to make sure more precisely.
The galvanised sheets are the most thickness to make sure anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
Aluminium alloy die cast wheel to make sure higher strength and new model twist punch structure to improve the air volume.
The motors are indigenously developed best quality and highest standards. The failure rate is 3 in 10,000 sets. Protection class IP55 and insulation class F grade.
Quality inspections are including Noice decibels, Shake, Air volume, Motor, Balancing test, rotational concentricity, the RPM of fan blades, fan efficiency.
The wind collector materials are steel, FRP, ABS engineering plastics.
The protection mesh can be easily maintained.
